Ori-San has loyal customers who followed him from various restaurant until Sushi Ori is finally opened. He goes through great lengths to source the best ingredients to create sushi that balances texture, temperature and flavour.

Diners are encouraged to have their meals at the sushi counter to witness precisely prepared sushi throughout dining experience. There are different cuts of various fishes in accordance to season.
