I love it fusion food, as they are so uniquely crafted. There are various spicy levels for the pasta, from Level 1 to Level 5, to cater to different preferences. I opted for level 1 and it is just right for me.
Spicy Thai Seafood Spaghetti - Spaghetti with seafood in a soy-based sauce is very addictive and flavourful. The spices are really good and fragrant. Glad that the noodles are al dente!
Basil Minced Pork with Rice - This dish makes me want to harvest my Thai basil leaves right now. It is so aromatic and fragrant. The meat is so tender and moist! It's done really well, with prominent spices and strong scent of basil flavor. Minced pork was juicy too!
Lemongrass Chicken Wings - Love lemongrass drinks and this is my first time trying Lemongrass chicken wings. The chicken wings are juicy and well-marinated.
