Their signature Shimmering Sand Crab Delight 金沙螃蟹 is a must try as the fragrant and light sauce coats the crab meat so well. I love pairing the sauce with their mantous. The crab meat slides off the shell so easily and is so naturally sweet - it’s really fresh!

The broth for their Claypot Crab Beehoon is so flavourful and rich! Glad that the thick beehoon has soaked up all the umami flavors so well. Having the sweet and succulent crab meat is truly an indulgence.

I love herbal broths and their Signature Drunken Prawn is outstanding with the variety of ingredients used to brew the soup. The prawns are huge and fresh too! Dunk the prawns in the soup after you peel it off for the most satisfying pairing.

Their Salted Egg Nan Ru Pork is a must order for salted egg lovers. The meat is so tender that I thought it was chicken meat. The salted egg sauce coats each chunk of meat so well too.
