The Assembly Ground

The dishes from the new menu at Assembly ground are delicious. I used to head to Assembly Ground for their truffle mushroom pizza, truffle carbonara, laksa pasta and hae bee hiam pasta. I'm so happy that their new creations are so remarkable!

They have two outlets at The Cathay & Cineleisure. The spacious environment and friendly atmosphere are great for chilling with your friends.

I really like how their Barramundi Bouillabaisse comes in light French seafood broth. Great that their seafood tastes fresh too! Do try their Spicy Thai Beef Salad to make it a wholesome meal. The wagyu beef slices in the salad are so yummy! There’s cilantro, mint leaves, cherry tomatoes and red onions in the dish.

If you like tender and chunky chicken, their Rotisserie Truffle Chicken is excellent! It’s grilled boneless chicken leg with a generous amount of truffle paste, roasted potatoes and greens. I love how the black truffle paste is stuffed beneath the skin. It’s so fragrant and flavorful! The truffle aroma is prominent.

I really like how fragrant their Nagano Miso Pork is. It’s abit chewy but the taste and flavors are on point. It comes with raspberry sauce, roasted potatoes and vegetables.

Definitely don’t skip their desserts.Their fragrant pandan sticky pudding comes with a generous amount of gula melaka coconut on the inside. Glad that quality Vanilla ice cream is used to pair with the moist cake. Their NZ vanilla bean ice cream is so good!
