I love the variety of Asian and Western cuisine such as Pineapple Crab Fried Rice and Garlic Prawn Risotto etc. For the meat lovers, you are in for a treat because they do their meat so well.
Don’t miss out on their special Festive menu. I was so intrigued by their Christmas drink! It’s Nitro Red Ale with notes of spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and smoky cardanom, served with a shot of honey. It’s an interesting blend of flavor for sure.
I love their Christmas Festive Platter as it’s deeply satisfying and great for sharing. There’s turkey breast slices, pork sausages, honey baked ham, striploin steak, cherry tomatoes, charred brussels sprouts, baby potatoes and fresh mesclun. My favourite is their pork sausage!
Chunky Pork Skewers is a must try. The combination of savoury minced pork and thick mozzarella cheese is incredible. You may not even want to share!
If you love herbal chicken, Salt-baked Chicken is the elevated version that is so tender and flavorful. Your camera and taste buds are in for a treat! The thick layer of salt is cracked open with a hammer, then unwrap to reveal the juicy chicken! Contrary to its name, there's nothing overwhelmingly salty about this dish. The chicken is immersed in a mixture of Chinese herbs such as dang gui and baked in a salt coating. It's a very succulent and tasty dish.
I love Wagyu and pairing it with Black Pepper works out so well. The 270g Wagyu Striploin MS 6-7 is garnished with deep-fried garlic slices and marinated in black pepper sauce. It’s highly marbled, exquisitely tender, and full of bold local flavours. We went for Medium rare and it is so juicy and delicious.
This is an absolute must try! 45 Days Dry-Aged Rib-eye, 700g Bone-in Angus Rib-eye, 200 days Grain-fed. It’s ultra premium and extra tender. The dry-aged steak is basted in bone marrow as it cooks, allowing for maximum moisture-retention. It’s fatty, juicy and buttery - I love the deep and rich flavor! You can also pair the meat with their house-made veal jus, Dijon, or Pommery mustard.
