Basque Burnt Cheesecake from Orsomebakes (Food Review)

The cheesecake from @orsomebakes has the most distinctive burnt surface which adds a smoky taste to each bite. There is a combination of char, rich and creamy softness at the centre of the cake. It is so affordable at $28 for a 6 inch cake.

The tangy and creamy interior provides a nice contrast to the hint of bitterness from the caramelised exterior. The burnt and bake-through top will make fans of Basque Burnt Cheesecake rejoice. I enjoy the molten texture at the core of the cheesecake, while it gets firmer gradually towards the edges. It is satisfying cheesy yet not too cloying at the same time.

Thank you @orsomebakes for sharing your yummy food with us!
