Nu Er Hong restaurant

I love how the ingredients are fresh and the soups don’t leave me feeling thirsty afterwards. My favorite meat is their fatty beef and pork. They are so yummy on the grill! We grilled meat, prawns, scallops (do remove the shell) and oyster mushrooms! Oysters, leafy greens, tofu and the usual ingredients are cooked in Ginseng chicken/ Mala soup! It’s a super hearty meal and the dipping sauces are so yummy.
