I am very impressed by the freshness, quality and taste of the all the dishes. The focus on fresh quality ingredients and Binchotan cooking techniques is exceptional.
If you enjoy raw seafood, you have to try their Oysters, Salmon Sashimi, Mekajiki Toro and Kampachi Carpaccio. Do get their grilled stingray which is so smoky, crispy and full of flavors!
Bincho Grilled Spanish Iberico Pork Jowl: The meat is very tender and flavourful, it literally melts in your mouth!
Bincho Grilled Hokkaido Whole Squid: I love the smokiness of the squid so much! Glad that it is so tender and not too chewy.
For sushi rolls lovers, rejoice because the ingredients are packed to the brim.
