Mukbang Mart (food review)

Mukbang Mart is your everyday Korean food curator. They create Mukbang content and bring in delicious food from Korea.

You can't find their products easily in any supermarkets. I am so happy that Mukbang Mart is launching their second in-house food item: ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ค๐›๐š๐ง๐  ๐‰๐ฃ๐ข๐ง ๐‰๐ฃ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐๐š๐ž ๐‰๐ฃ๐ข๐ ๐š๐ž (Real & Deep Beef Bone Broth Army Stew).

The soup base is so light and refreshing as the base. If you like, you can add leek at the end for bonus flavours too. โ Expect to find spam, instant noodles, sausages, pork belly, rice cake, greens and beans! It will be available from 16 Nov, Tuesday 12pm onwards!ย 

This dish had undergone multiple R&D testing before its launch. So you can look forward to the best rendition, carrying the most authentic Korean flavors that are suitable for local taste buds too. It will be available from 16 Nov, Tuesday 12pm onwards!

It's so convenient to taste the food directly from the restaurants in Korea. Apart from the must-try Army Stew , there's chicken galbi, raw crabs, rice cakes and cheesy corn dog too.

Mukbang Cheese Bomb Dak Galbi

This is their first in-house food item: ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ค๐›๐š๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ฌ๐ž ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐› ๐ƒ๐š๐ค ๐†๐š๐ฅ๐›๐ข. It's one of my favorite Korean dishes: Stir-fried Spicy Chicken. It pairs so well with Kimchi fried rice. Itโ€™s so cheesy and pairs well with vegetables too! The chicken meat is spicy, tender and chunky. This dish had undergone multiple R&D testing before its launch. So you can look forward to the best rendition, carrying the most authentic Korean flavors that are suitable for local taste buds too.

Gebang Restaurant Ganjang Gejang

This restaurant had been selected by the Michelin Guide Seoul for 4 consecutive years (from 2018-2021)! Gebang Restaurant specialises in crab stews and one of their signature dishes is their Raw Crabs Marinated in Soy Sauce.

This traditional dish is made by marinating fresh raw crabs in soy-sauce based brine. So good to indulge in flavour-packed crab meat. It is made using Korean female crabs filled with eggs from Jeollanam-do, along with special soy sauce made from kelp, pear, mushroom, dried red pepper, dried shrimp, etc.

Miro Restaurant Soup Tteokbokki

Miro Restaurant is a small pub-like Korean restaurant and run by reservations only. They created their own version of tteokbokki with their own unique sweetness level. You can pair it with fish cakes and boiled eggs too. I love the convenient, fuss-free kit that consists of chewy wheat rice cake, secret sauce, and fish cake.

Double Mozzarella Cheese Corn Dog

This treat is generously filled with 33% Mozzarella Cheese. It is so thick n satisfying. Korean "hotdog" is usually wrapped with a chewy dough and deep-fried before being lightly coated in sugar. Then, you can finish it by adding condiments of your own choice.
