Their Christmas feast is extremely delicious and outstanding. I usually head there for pork ribs which are slow-cooked then smoked until tender perfection. This is my first time trying the other types of meat! It’s a must go place for meat lovers.
From their Christmas’ specials selection, my favourite is their BBQ Beef Rib. It’s ultra tender and slightly gelatinous from the hours of slow cooking. It pairs so well with the Hickory BBQ sauce!
If you want something different from the usual BBQ sauce for the pork ribs, there’s Christmas Cranberry Sticky Bones and the Christmas Chestnut Sticky Bones to look out for. Don’t forget their Black Forest Lava Cake with Vanilla ice cream! It’s so indulgent and perfect for any dessert lover.
