Liang Ji serves local delights with a twist.
My favourite food to eat at the hawker centres are the usual char kway teow, oyster omelette and carrot cake etc. So glad that Liangjishiye makes a unique and twist that works so well to these dishes!
We had
Mala Char Kway Teow: the noodles are cooked with a savory and fragrant sauce. Not too greasy and love the fresh cockles used
Fried Oyster: Comes with big and fresh oysters (this is super satisfying)
Cheesy Floss Carrot Cake: the savory and fragrant floss goes so well with carrot cake unexpectedly. This is a must try!
Hae Bee Hiam Fried Rice: fragrant with slight wok hei scent, slightly spicy and presented so beautifully - heart-shaped with a sunny side up
The food is really very delicious and fragrant when you visit their store at Bugis, so it is definitely worth the trip.
Each dish is presented so well and cooked with the best ingredients. Also, don’t forget to get your beef soup fix from Horiginal_beefnoodle(next shop). After Hock Lam beef noodle had closed down, this is my favourite place to get premium mixed Beef Soup with tendons and oxtail. Love that the Beef Soup is rich with flavors and packed with so much ingredients!
