Gozen Kitchen

Gozen Kitchen shares their passion for good food with their delicious & nutritious ready-to-eat meals. Glad that they never scrimp on the quality of any of the ingredients used! There’s an extensive menu as they have been developing a diverse range of meals.

They own a certified kitchen business that specializes in the production and delivery of ready-eat-meals. You will be spoilt for choice! I love the food from JustIN Flavours of Asia @ MBS. It’s great to find some dishes are made in collaboration with Celebrity Chef Justin Quek.

Sambal Prawn Capellini: So interesting to see Salmon with Prawn Capellini. It’s made with Celebrity Chef Justin Quek’s specialty sambal sauce. The juicy and flavourful prawns are delightful to eat.

Won Tan Mee with Chicken Char Siew: The Kolo Mee is from Koung. I enjoyed the springy wantan noodles with chiili and black sauce. It’s like hawker fare that’s readily available anytime. It’s served with smokey and perfectly charred chicken char siew.

Fish with Cream Sauce and Mashed Potatoes: Yummy baked fish in a rich white cream sauce. It’s paired with creamy and buttery mashed potatoes and broccoli to make the meal wholesome. The mashed potatoes isn't too buttery.

Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms and Pilaf Rice: Inspired by traditional French fare, the chicken is cooked Chicken à la Crème style in a rich white cream sauce. It’s filling as there’s buttery pilaf rice, edamame and mushrooms.

Cheese Hamburg with Japanese Rice: So happy to see Hamburg in this dish! Premium Sakura rice procured from the Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan (famously known for yielding the best rice of the world) is used. There’s also juicy and tender hamburger steak which is hand-made with luxurious and top-grade beef. It’s an indulgent meal as the steak is topped with melty cheese. It’s also lathered with rich creamy sauce. Loving the addition of edamame beans.

Fish Curry with Coconut Rice: I have been to JustIN Flavours of Asia @ MBS once and was so impressed with the exquisite taste of all the dishes. Glad to find Celebrity Chef Justin Quek’s best-loved dish with this homemade fish curry. Authentic Nonyah rempah and fresh fish are used to make this unique rendition of Indian curry. It is not that spicy and rich. Love the lightness that is contributed by the refreshing tanginess of tamarind. Served with fragrant coconut rice too!
