If you haven’t had a pint of ice cream to yourself before, it is easy to do so when every scoop is bursting with flavors. This is the first time I finished 1 pint's worth of gelato at one sitting.

Lychee
If you love the fragrance and sweetness of Lychee, Ispahan is the go-to flavors! It is made up of lychee sorbet, macarons (stirred in and on top), raspberry compote, crumble and rose petals.
Having the raspberry compote adds a bit of sour notes to the dessert. I absolutely love the contrasting flavors. There’s a mix of textures from the variety of ingredients so it’s definitely really interesting to try! There's a good amount of crunch from the crumbles!
Baileys
Always awesome to have a generous splash of alcohol in a gelato! Glad to find a strong alcoholic taste in their Baileys Apple pie (seasonal). There’s Baileys gelato, Apple compote, cinnamon crumble and spiced caramel sauce. Probably that’s why it is really hard to stop! I love how creamy the gelato was.
Dimanche 49 usually experiment with their seasonal flavours (Love Baileys!!) but they have 5 core flavour offerings.
