Dusk X Dawn

Dusk X Dawn is a great place to chill at Tanjong Pagar. Nestled within the buzzy financial district, their glass-fronted interior exudes a sense of elegance and chic. Expect cushy velvet seats, quartz tabletops, and a well-lit bar - perfect for those looking to unwind after a long day. It’s conveniently located above the MRT station!

2022 is just around the corner, it’s time to have some fun! Drink and win free pints, free menu items, and more—instantly redeemable here. I love to visit their restaurants for a hearty meal, artisanal coffees and fresh beers.

Even better, have a Merry Feast-mas with their 3-Course Festive Set (salads, mains, and desserts). There’s a delicious selection such as 100% Grass-Fed Striploin, Turkey Roulade, crowd-favourite Molten Lava Cake or the Chesnut Vanilla Crémeux!

It’s available from now till 31st December 2021 at $58++, inclusive of a pint of SevenDaze beer or glass of wine.

The dishes we tried are a hit!

Whole baked salt jacket seabass: 800g whole seabass that comes with grapefruit, kalamata olives, green olives, capers, rosemary, mediterranean butter sauce and thai dipping sauce. The salt crust provides a moisture sealing cover that steams and circulates the aroma of herbs and fruits hidden inside the belly of the fish!

If you love beef, you have to try their Wagyu Striploin with a marbling score 6-7 stockyard, Australia and Angus ribeye serves 2-4 pax (700g 45 days dry aged 200 days grain-fed angus ribeye). It’s my favourite as it is soaked with the additional flavors of the bone marrow and has a a smooth and buttery taste

Other than enjoying the beers directly from SevenDaze by EightX Brewing Co., you can have it within a dish too. Do try their Classic ribs with pineapple steak! It’s oven baked paprika seasoned BBQ ribs marinated with It's My Life beer. If you want to try a variety of beer, go for their beer flight as you can pick 4 out of 8 beers.

For desserts, we love the Pandan creme brulee with honeycomb ice cream and Dark chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream, orange confit and berries. They are truly satisfying and are a perfect end to the meal.

Their coffee is really good! It’s from common man coffee roasters. I tried Lucky Basterd which has a fruity punch of jackfruit, plum and dark chocolatey notes. It’s amazing with Oatly oat milk.

These are some dishes that we didn't try but they look so good.

The classic fish & chips gets an upgrade with their unique beer batter, made using SevenDaze's award-winning 'Dancing in the Moonlight' beer—a wonderfully balanced pale ale bursting with tropical notes.

If you are craving for fried chicken, their boneless chicken leg is soaked overnight in buttermilk and deep-fried till golden.
