Chix Hot Chicken

I love having Fried chicken that’s chunky, tender, juicy and bursting with flavors. It’s pretty hard to hit this standard and I am glad that all the dishes I tried at Chix Hot Chicken were amazing! I am truly impressed by the quality and taste. No wonder the place is so packed! You have to visit the shop early to get seats as there’s no reservation.

Surprisingly, my favourite dish is their Juicy Soul Slider. The spices on the boneless chicken thigh and the slaw were spot on! The buttered buns are absolutely delicious. You definitely have to get their milkshakes to pair with these fried goodness. You will fall in love with the ultra tender and juicy fried chicken. Glad that the portion is huge.

If you love fried chicken bits and hashbrowns, Dirty Taters is a level up due to the generous amount of savory sauces that’s slathered all over the crispy bites. Huge serving so good to share!

The Melt is a dish that I am looking forward to the most! Melted cheese is absolutely tasty, especially if the crust is uber crunchy. This is something that you have to dig into right away if not the cheese will harden. This sinful dish is coated with a savoury spice rub (paprika, sugar, pepper and herbs) before being deep fried! Cheddar and jack cheese can be found inside the crunchy crust.

For the Nashville hot chicken wings, mild spicy level was just right for me. I was tearing after one bite of them in “hot” level (chili padi level). Thank goodness, we have the ultra creamy and delicious Vanilla shake & Milo shake.

I am so happy and satisfied after these guilty pleasures! They are truly worth the trip to Bugis.
