Burp Kitchen (Bedok Reservoir)

Burp Kitchen at Bedok Reservoir is a fine place to have a brunch with a view. It's lovely to chill at Bedok reservoir after a hearty meal. The industrial-like design, friendly vibes and good food makes a trip to the place worth it!

We tried Truffle Mushroom & Egg Toast. This is my favorite dish! There’s crunchy Ciabatta, creamy scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, truffle oil and arugula.

Great to find a well-made fusion dish! The crispy kueh pie tee cup is used to stuff grilled unagi, lettuce & bonito flakes. Grilled unagi cups are a good order for fans of Japanese food. It’s really creative & I prefer it to the traditional one.

If you love rosti, their Breakfast rosti is so satisfying as there’s ham, bacon, mushrooms, sour cream, baked beans & salad! I would love the rosti to be crunchier!

Their fried chicken on waffles is fried to perfection! Love the juicy and chunky chicken thigh that goes so well with the maple syrup and crispy waffles.

Do go for their Ice Chocolate which is so thick and chocolatey (Meiji full cream milk used)!
