Local delights in a bar for you? It’s awesome that we can enjoy hawker and korean dishes at Ace Bar & Bistro (a collaboration with BJ grill seafood originated from Old Airport Road hawker).
Their BBQ squid is tender and goes so well with their sauce. Glad that it is not chewy or rubbery too! I love their BBQ stingray, interesting to see two flavors in one dish. Sambal and Garlic Butter sauce are really delicious! It’s slathered with a generous amount of sauce and the size of the stingray is big!
If you enjoy Korean bbq & grill, their grilled meat is tender and served with kimchi too! They're very generous with the portions so be ready for a satisfying meal. These yummy meat will definitely go well with a bowl of kimchi rice.
They offer plenty of bar bites that go perfectly with drinks. Don't forget their truffle fries which come in a chunky thick cut. They pair well with their alcohol such as Sour Plum Soju, Grapefruit Soju or their signature drinks at only $10 nett.
